A patchy, worn-out lawn that just won't come back is one of the most frustrating things to deal with as a homeowner. You can throw seed at it all season and still end up with the same bare, uneven mess. Sometimes the ground itself is the problem - compacted soil, poor drainage, bad grade - and no amount of overseeding is going to fix that.
That's where we come in. We handle the whole thing from the ground up. Site work, grading, loam - all of it gets done right before a single seed ever touches the ground. We use a CAT skid steer paired with a Bobcat soil conditioner attachment to break up and prep the surface properly. That combo does a serious job of working the soil into a consistent, fine seedbed instead of leaving you with clumpy, uneven ground that's going to cause problems later.
Once the grading is dialed in and the loam is spread and raked smooth, we can go a few different routes depending on what works best for your yard. Hydroseeding gives you great coverage across large areas fast, and it's cost-effective. Sod is the right call if you need instant results or have erosion concerns on a slope. Either way, you're not getting a half-measure - you're getting a yard that's been set up correctly from the start.
The difference between a lawn that takes and one that doesn't almost always comes down to what happened before the seed. Proper grading keeps water moving the right direction. Good loam gives roots something to actually grow in. Skipping those steps is why so many lawn installs fail. We don't skip them.
If your yard is in rough shape and you're tired of looking at it, this is the fix. We handle the heavy lifting - literally - so you can head into the rest of the season with a yard that actually looks the way it should.
