New Landscape Design Gives Northbridge MA Home Fresh Curb Appeal

A lot of homes have decent bones - solid structure, well-kept exterior - but the landscaping just doesn't keep up. No defined beds, no real planting plan, nothing that ties the yard to the house. That's exactly what we were working with here in Northbridge, MA.

We brought in a Kubota mini excavator to do the heavy prep work - grading out the bed areas and getting the ground ready for new plantings. That kind of equipment makes a real difference. It's cleaner, faster, and way more precise than doing everything by hand. Once the ground was prepped, we got to work laying out the design.

The plant selection here was intentional. Hydrangeas anchor the beds with some height and a pop of white bloom. Compact evergreen shrubs fill in the corners for year-round structure. Ornamental grasses add a little texture and movement. It's a mix that works together without looking overdone - clean, simple, put-together.

Fresh dark mulch ties the whole thing together. It gives the beds a sharp edge, makes the plants stand out against the white siding, and keeps weeds down so the beds stay looking good without constant upkeep. That's the kind of detail that homeowners notice right away when they pull into the driveway.
