Sewer Line Replacement and Backyard Site Prep in Southborough

This Southborough backyard had a failing sewer line that needed to go - and the homeowner wanted a new patio to follow right behind it. That kind of combination job is exactly where good planning makes all the difference. You can't just dig, replace the pipe, and call it done. The grading and site work that comes after matters just as much.

Here's what we were dealing with: an old sewer line running right through the area where the new patio would eventually sit. We cut through the existing concrete, opened up a clean trench along the foundation, and got eyes on the problem.
